Custodian
BCS is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of school facilities.
Responsibilities include:
Routine and industrial cleaning
Maintaining orderly and sanitary facilities
Assisting with general facilities support
Schedule:
Evening shift, Monday–Friday; weekends as needed.

Classroom Aide
The Classroom Aide supports the teacher by assisting students individually or in small groups, reinforcing learning concepts, maintaining a safe and orderly environment, and completing assigned administrative tasks. This position works under the direct supervision of the classroom teacher to promote a positive elementary learning experience.

Bus Driver
BCS is hiring one or more bus drivers for the upcoming school year. Training costs are covered by the school.
Openings include:
Maryland route (approximately 3 hours per school day)
Field trips and athletic events (hours vary)
Drivers are BCS employees, receive hourly pay, and may be eligible for tuition discounts.
Requirements:
Valid CDL
School Bus Driver Certification with passenger endorsement
Successful completion of background screening
