How much does private school cost?
Tuition varies by grade level, with separate rates for Preschool and Kindergarten through 8th grade. We strive to keep Christian education affordable for families while providing a high-quality academic experience. Please contact our office for the current tuition schedule and fees.
Is financial aid available?
Yes! Financial aid is available for qualifying families. After a student is accepted and enrolled through FACTS, families may apply for need-based financial assistance.
Do students have chapel?
Yes. Chapel is an important part of student life at Bethany. Students gather on Wednesdays regularly for biblical teaching, prayer, worship, and spiritual encouragement as part of their Christ-centered education.
Do you accept non-Christian families?
Absolutely. While Bethany Christian School teaches from a biblical worldview and integrates Christian faith throughout the curriculum, families from all backgrounds are welcome. We simply ask that parents support the school’s Christian mission and educational philosophy.
Is transportation available?
Transportation options may be available through local public school districts, depending on where you live. PA residents can receive transportation through the public school system. Families are encouraged to contact the school office to learn what transportation services are available in their district.
Does Bethany Christian School offer Learning Support Services?
Yes. Bethany recognizes that students learn in different ways and offers Individualized Learning Support for students with a documented IEP, 504 Plan, or those recommended by a classroom teacher for additional assistance. Support may include:
Reading and math intervention
Study strategies
Organizational skills development
Speech
Students may receive short-term or ongoing weekly support, and services are coordinated with classroom teachers and, when appropriate, specialists from the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU).
Is there an additional cost for Learning Support?
Yes. An additional Learning Support fee applies for students receiving Bethany Christian School Learning Support Services. Fees are determined based on the level of support and intervention required.
How small are classes?
Small class sizes are one of Bethany’s greatest strengths. Students receive individualized attention, meaningful relationships with teachers, and a classroom environment where every child is known, encouraged, and challenged to grow academically.
Is before and after school care available?
Yes! Bethany Christian School offers both before and after school care to help meet the needs of busy families. Students are cared for in a safe, supervised, and nurturing Christian environment before the school day begins and after dismissal. Please contact the school office for current hours, availability, and program fees.
Can I visit before applying?
Absolutely! We encourage every family to visit our campus before making a decision. A personal tour gives you the opportunity to meet our staff, observe classrooms, ask questions, and experience the caring, Christ-centered environment that makes Bethany special.
